Hoobastank
Hey guys, just heard an update on Hoobastank from a coworker at Universal...i finally got the date for their album release...which will be dropping on December 9th. I cant wait to get it cause their last album was awesome...neway does anyone think that they kinda sound like Creed? Let me know what u think or if u have any other updates...thanxx

theyre awesome but i dont think they sound like Creed. plus, the lead singer cusses like a mofo at live concerts, or at least the one i went to

um...."Who Butt Stank" are ight....but not Creed SOundin... i do hear alikeness on some guitar stuff...like "ODE"ish knida stuff....but other than that....nope

Thanks for the info.
I don't think they sound like Creed. No one can top our guys! Anyway I'll probably go pick up their cd when it comes out, although I really wasn't that impressed with their first one. I liked a few songs, but not enough to keep the cd in rotation. Who knows, they probably got better so I'lll just take the risk of buying it. Usually when I do take a risk and buy a cd of a band I never heard of or something like that, it turns out to be good.

they do sound a little like Creed but I won't call them a rip-off. The single that was on radio but was good and I'll consider buying their new album.

Hoobaskank, i don't like them, my friend and i always laughed at that Mountain Dew commercial that their song was in though

the commercial was for Mountain Dew, some guy says "i forgot my dew" then he drive 100 mph and flips the car and grab the mountain dew out of a guys hand in mid air
it was also funny cause the guy in the commercial kinda looked like this kid who we hate
