I saw Switchfoot Sunday night!

AND THEY ROCKED!!!! They played here down by the St Louis Gateway Arch for The Fair Of St Louis OMG! That place was packed, there were people everywhere! I was so scared that I was gonna lose my group to Especially once it started getting dark and cuz I'm half blind, lol. I wasn't able to see the band onstage because of the enormous crowd, but I still had a great time. They played almost all of the songs from The Beautiful Letdown, the only ones they didn't do was Redemption and I think Amunition. They also played a couple of the songs that will be on their new album, coming out in September, wich were Stars and Happy is a yuppie word.

Thanks Kerri The huge crowd kinda stressed me out,cuz I have a slight people phobia. It doesn't bother me all the time, just when its a ton of people just like at the concert, lol. If I can get lost because of a lot of people,it scares me.

I saw Switchfoot play December 31, 2003 at Knott's Berry Farm. It was actually an all Christian band New Years Eve music festival. This was already after they hit it big with "Meant to Live" also and it was very impressive seeing them play a Christian music festival (since that's where their musical roots are), despite being a popular secular band. Get this... I got to see them play two full sets that covered almost every song that they had realeased up to that point. Every band at the place had to play two sets because the stages were set up at various areas of the theme park. It's nice seeing them be successful because they were always a staple in my hometown of San Diego (as was Jason Mraz).
