311's Performance on Carson Daly
S.A. Martinez held his right arm behind his back throughout most of the performance. However, there were times when he would bounce around and you clearly see that he had a cast on. In honestly though, the performance was pretty terrible... and I'm not saying just saying that. It was pretty bad.

Not a big fan of 311, I was never into that whole rap/rock sorta thing. To me rap and rock should be seperate, like country and tecno.

Like I said in the other thread, Martinez did the same thing at Dick Clark's New Years Rockin' Eve show. The only time you could see the cast was when he bounced around. And it definitely looked like he was trying really hard to hide it.
The performance itself was pretty lame. I wanted to give 311's music a fair chance, but it did nothing to impress me.

that is actually the way the guy stands on stage. he's been rapping in that stance for 15 years. one hand behind his back. it has nothing to do with hiding a cast. its just like how stapp stands with one foot on the floor speakers.

Just thought this was kinda ironic in a funny way:
I was looking at the calendar for the local venue of Stapp's upcoming concert and noticed that 311 is playing the same venue in the same week as Stapp. Hopefully, they'll hang out at different places this time...  |
