Re: Mark Tremonti Ultimate Guitar interview
My sentiments exactly. Tremonti is not going to do ANYTHING if he isn't fully committed to it. I'm looking forward to seeing the continuation of both bands. |

Re: Mark Tremonti Ultimate Guitar interview
-I am speaking of the difference in the quality of lyrics between stapp's solo album and full circle. While i may feel some of the lyrics are questionable in full circle, they are leaps and bounds better than what stapp wrote solo, as are the vocal melodies. That's tremonti's influence, whether he penned the lyrics or not, him and stapp should always write together, they are better together than they are apart, as much as i may love the musical aspects of alter bridge, the overall songwriting of creed is better. -I say passing phase meaning it ultimately depends on scott's vocal health. If his voice maintains or get better then i wish nothing but the best for creed, i love the band, it was the first band that ever really effected me so deeply as a person. I'm not talking about the guy's attitudes about it, i know they are all happy. -Yes, his voice does sound better on the vlog, yay. I also am not sure about the smoking thing though, i know he said he quit, but i keep seeing people mentioning that he hasn't, but i haven't seen proof either way, but i hope he has, it'll help a lot. -Do i get to call you a poop head now to maintain the maturity level? I do appreciate that a legitimate discussion can degrade into calling eachother stupid, makes me nostalgic for jr. high again, so grats. i would hate to see this thread actually go back to an intelligent and mature discussion. /end sarcasm Last edited by Icedmofo : 12-04-2009 at 11:40 AM. |

Re: Mark Tremonti Ultimate Guitar interview
You try quitting cold turkey, it's difficult.
I didint call YOU stupid. I said what you SAID was stupid. Some really smart people say dumb things some times. I wasn't attacking you, just your post. I agree with most of what you said in the post however.

Re: Mark Tremonti Ultimate Guitar interview
HAHA. You should tell the fans on the Alter Bridge site that. |

Because people either want to argue or read other peoples arguements? |

Re: Mark Tremonti Ultimate Guitar interview
I guess so. A good interview with Tremo degrades into a yet another Stapp vs Tremonti/Creed vs Alter Bridge debate. Yawn. |

Re: Mark Tremonti Ultimate Guitar interview
Maybe we should start an official thread and another one for Stapp's voice. I think some people would like it. Whenever a conversation goes down that path it can be taken to the other thread. |

Re: Mark Tremonti Ultimate Guitar interview
I bet Tremonti is so stoked to get back to AB. He always seems so damn bored and unamused when he's with Creed, lol.
