I don't think it is over yet either. They have the right to amend their complaint and I would bet money that they will do just that. It is obviously a waste of time, but these people are out to get something out of this and I would think that they realize that their fifteen minutes of fame is close to an end.......

i dont know if they performed bad that night or not, but if they did they should give them a free concert again
