yeah... how dare you be sad about anything, LOM... i mean, it's not like you've got problems or anything... don't be so damn selfish, it's entirely impossible that you could possibly be depressed or heading for suicide... after all, you're not starving are you? Only the starving are allowed to be depressed...

Hey I am telling my way of dealing with depression. That works for me, so I figured might as well send in a suggestion, if it doesnt work for you -- great, submit your option.

I meant that LOM shouldn't be made to feel that his miseries are not worthy of mention just because there are people starving in the world. What gets me through is the three f's - faith, friends and family. A positive view of love, rather than a negative view of 'there are others worse off than me'. I don't know about you, but thinking about the starving people in the world doesn't make me happy that I'm better off than them, but sad because they are starving in the first place.

Anyway, I don't think LOM is depressed, just feeling a bit down. Which is why i responded like i did - how would you like it if every time you weren't feeling totally 100%, someone yelled in your face that you should be grateful for what you've got?

Hugs get me depressed even more if I'm alread depressed lol.

2LOM: just get your shit togeather... many people dont fit in until college, so just hang on, and than you will get chance to start anew.

get your shit togeather and try to solve yoru problems. That's the only way out. It's not easy, but you got nothing to loose.
