Which lyrics should i add in a tattoo
Hi Guys,
I have a tattoo on my back (4 chinese characters representing my childrens names) ands i like to add creed lyrics to them. This because i am a hugh fan, and i can relate to these lyrics. I also think that i can connect the words/songs/lyrics to the love for my children. BUT: which lyrics should you pick? I want to choose between these 2 parts: They can take me Higher! To a place where blind men see They can take me Higher! To a place with golden streets (changes the text so it realtes to my kids) OR When you are with me, I'm free I'm careless, I believe Above all the others we'll fly This brings tears to my eyes Last edited by totallym : 09-18-2012 at 09:21 AM. |

Personally I would choose the ones from My Sacrifice (the second one you list).

I say you go with 'Pity for a Dime' all the way. lol Just kidding. I personally would go with My Sacrifice. That song meant everything to me when it came out, and it very literally kept me from taking my own life. So I guess I'm a bit partial... but the message is left open. In other words, you would have "When you are with me, I'm free... I'm careless, I believe..." and so on. So it can mean the love for your children, your love for a significant other.... your love for life... it's cool! I like that. :-)
