So how is this for encouragement and motivation?? I was taking my step class this morning at the gym and the instructor used a new cd, and towards the end of the class, WAWO was on there!!! Of course it was not sung by Creed but by some guy who sounded like he had a mouthful of crap, and it was speeded up a bit so that we could all step to the beat, but nonetheless, it was good to hear it!

That is cool, Teri. Believe me, I know what you mean about motivation. I usually listen to them when I work out now too and the music helps me so much.

I went to Walgreens today and found this book from Prevention Magizine:P Its called Total Body Guide and it has a bunch of excercises in it and a lot of other stuff

I just kinda skimmed through it in the store but it looks like a cool book

It was only $10 and it has 195 pages.
