I remember playing strip poker at a party once, but I think that was the only time I've ever actually played

Really? I've never been able to convince girls to play strip before.

I play sometimes. I guess I'm OK. I did win some good "money" at Texas Hold'em style at Casino night here at school. And by "money" I mean tickets that I could use to buy a prize. Blackjack is more my thing. I cleaned out one of the dealers.

Learning does not mean losing money. You can play online at free sites to learn how to play. You can play with friends for chips, pennies, pretzels, doritos, etc.

I like playing poker but I don't know many people who also like to play so I hardly play I play online at Yahoo! Games once in awhile.

Yeah. That's along the lines of what I was going to say. Just because you play, doesn't mean you have to bet on the game.

yeah, Texas hold'em is the best, but playing for hours does get kinda monotonous, so we spice it up with other card games.

Poker is one of the hardest card games out there.
Rules may be easy, but good poker player should know opponents hands in late rounds, and bet accordingly.
Poker is the game of skill, but 99% of people play it as if it's a game of luck.
