Well, Teresa's funeral was today

My brother and I weren't able to go to Michigan for it either, I really wish we could've made it! We are waiting to call them to just so they can have some time to themselves, we sent a card out in the mail today for them as well.

A quick, prayer needed please. Someone I know well, fell out of a tree today, hitting the ground. He had to be taken to the hospital by the paramedics. We are waiting to hear how he is.

He has a spiritually beautiful wife, and an equally beautiful baby daughter. Please send your strength and love to see him through.

I had a little time to talk to my friend at the baby shower today and Nicole made it through the surgery okay yesterday although they had to give her additional anasteshia (sp?) so it's taking a little longer for her to recover but if she continues to improve, she should be able to go home with her parents on Tuesday. I'll keep you posted on how she's doing.

whitebird, I'm sending positive, healing thoughts and prayers to him and his family as I type this.

I wish him a speedy recovery and please let us know how he's doing.

She is truly a gift and a miracle. This time last year, this same friend had a miscarriage when she was 5 months pregmant (with another girl) so it's ironic that a year later, they're going to finally have a baby to bring home. They certainly have had a challenging year and it's so wonderful to see everthing turning in a positive direction for them.

Sheila, I'm so very happy for your friends. You are right, it has been a long year for them. To hold their baby in their arms, knowing that she has made it so very far, in such a short time, must be a wonderful, delightful, and spiritual feeling. I hope that she is able to go home soon.

Update on the person attempting to fly out of a tree. He is home, bruised and battered, but doing well. I can joke now, but it was a bad fall. He is on pain killers, his ribs may be cracked, but will heal. Thank you so much for your love and support.

P.S. Don't climb a tree with a chainsaw, hire someone that knows what they are doing.
