my stereo. I crank it up so loud my rear view mirror vibrates.

Bring your earplugs if you don't like it loud

Same here. I don't understand why that is either but there's a fine line between not enough sleep and too much sleep.

I like less sleep a lot of times too.

If I sleep too much, I wake up with an awful headache.

I don't sleep very well...I wake up often and have a hard time falling asleep. My doctor had me go have a sleep study done. You have to sleep at the sleep center (or hospital) all hooked up to wires.

Of course now I have to go see ANOTHER doctor so they can try to figure out what to do. This will be the third specialist for this.....

3-5 hours a night.... It's 4:17 am right now, and I can't turn my brain off.
I used to take sleeping pills, but they didn't work too well for me.
