Tell him you know of some one who stopped drinking pop and lost 30lbs. My hubby stopped and he lost all that weight. Now he only drinks water!

I've only been drinking water for the past 2 months and I havn't even been so much as tempted to touch a pop now:P I just feel so much better not drinking it

THANKS guys.. I did ok this morning on coffee.... I only had 2 cups and I used equal instead of sugar!!

He really doesn't miss it that much(soda). He still has an occasinal soda every now and then but he just lives without it!

I've had some soda the last few days but not as much as I'm used to drinking. There have been a few days that I haven't had any. I think if I can totally stop drinking it, I'll feel better. So I'm going to cut it out totally from now on.

Carrie, I haven't forgotten about finding some healthier alternatives for us to drink instead of soda. It's kind of been a hectic week and haven't had a chance to go to the store yet. I will let you know.

aprile, I'm not sure what we should call ourselves. I'll get my brain working on that and see what I come up with.

We went to the YMCA tonight to check on getting a membership there and to check on their prices

They gave us a tour and they have a lot of nice gym equiptment there and a pool and everything! The people that worked there were really nice to

We are gonna try for getting the scholarship cuz we don't make that much money since I'm not working. My friend got the scholarship and she only had to have $30 down and she only pays $8-$9 a month!

Well, three votes for yes - so I guess we are tentatively known as the Creed FEED Club - with a focus on being healthy (not necessarily losing weight but that is a byproduct of our new healthy lifestyles) and energized - and enriching our lives with Creed Music and friends rather than food and bad habits. Yes????
