Breaking Benjamin: Phobia
Anyone here a Fan of Breaking Benjamin? Their new disc Phobia dropped on 8/8 I picked it up and am quite happy with it, the band keeps growing and maturing.
What does anyone one else think of the New album?

yeah I have been a fan since Saturate but when I first gave this disc a spin I was unsure about it...... but it quickly grew on me.

Re: Breaking Benjamin: Phobia
Yeah the lead off single is entitled "Diary of Jane" the only radio song on the album IMHO but thats good bacause BB has never really been very radio friendly

i haven't listened to it yet, but what i've heard is like you're saying, they keep improving as a band... so that's enough to convince me to give it a whirl when i get a chance tomorrow.

Re: Breaking Benjamin: Phobia
What fuck? Sooner Or Later is not radio friendly? So Cold? As for Diary of Jane being only radio song, Breath, Until The End spring to mind as radio songs. I enjoyed Saturate alot, got into We Are Not Alone a bit. Tried to get into Phobia but just couldnt, most of songs remind me of the one before.

Re: Breaking Benjamin: Phobia
well there were only 2 radio songs on "We are Not alone"
Diary of jane is a radio song Saturate really only had 1 (Polyamorous) but BB isn't the type of band to get played on the airwaves on the west coast very much. the one weird thing I found about Phobia is that I had to listen to it a few times to decide weather or not I liked it... but every time I listen to it I like it more.

Re: Breaking Benjamin: Phobia
Well it is about a month in now (release date was 8/8)
and I just can put this album down I would say that it makes it in to my top 20 all time easy it is that good (hell creed doesn't even make the top 20).... anyone else have it? what do you think of it I think it is a much darker album than their previous efforts but the lyrics are amazing and the music just makes it jell together seamlessly. any thoughts on the Album in its entirety? please please do tell.
