Monkyes/apes have more human featueres then a 2 year old child, hell mayby even a 3 year old child, in fact dogs/most "smart" animals have more/same "human" features then a 2 year old child, Does that mean that they TOO "know" what they are doing. and they too are spiritual beings?
Yes. Spiritual beings, (ALL spiritual beings) were created by God. In the first book of Genesis, we learn that God created the heavens and the earth, and "every thing that creepeth upon the earth" (Genesis 1:25). God has told us that all things were created by him, and that he knows and loves all of his creations. We are numbered just like the grains of sand, and he knows and loves us all.

On a side note, animals do not have "human qualities." That is a common misconception (if you study this through science, you'll understand what I mean). Animals have animal qualities that parallel human behavior. Whether you can see the difference or not, it's there. They also "grow up" faster as compared to humans because they do not live as long (on the average) as we humans do.

When EXATLY does life start?

Genesis 2:
7 The LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.

Simple and sweet...

But why not the third trimester?? The baby hasn't been born yet so it isn't alive per your definition.
