Opinions are like assholes; everybody has one. This *writer* is still learning. He or she took wayyyyyy too long to get to the point. He throws around generalizations without anything to really back up his claims. He mentions only two lyrics that purport to make his case. He's another bandwagon rider.

Review is an oppinion. And while "worst band ever" title is still out of these guys reach (although they do seem to work hard towards it), this guy's oppinion counts for more than you'r guy's cuz he's got a tribune to speak from.

A flesh-eating disease is too good for that jackass. He should be forced to sit in a room, bound and tied, and listen to Barney and the Wiggles for the rest of his miserable life. Then he'd know what the worst music on the planet REALLY is.

Actually, that was already done. Back on the old Creednet Message Board everyone did that. If I remember correctly, nothing came of it.

WOW What an amazing review. I can't believe this person actually has a job (paying??) doing this. He rambles on and doesn't quite tie things up at the end. He just sort of fizzles out. At least he admits to being a Creed hater. He doesn't try to fake us out. He doesn't try to pretend to like them in any way. The good thing about that is, for those not familiar with Creed's work (are there still people who don't know them??) they should realize that the critic hates the group and is therefore not giving a fair review. Hopefully, they will check them out for themselves. He also makes himself look like a religion hating, small town hating idiot. This will actually help sell Creed CD's. People who feel they are the opposite of this person (most of us?) will want to check out a band like Creed. As the critic says they exemplify all he hates. That alone should sell a few million records.
So, in conclusion....I think we should thank this critic for pointing out all the reasons why most honest, hard-working, law abiding, small city or town living, religious (any kind and degree of) people should buy Creed's CD.

Some people just are tacky, and this person iced the cake! You can not like someone or something but to publicly trash them like that makes THEM look like the jackass!

He reminds me of someone I know who hates bands when they "sell out" which actually means-when people buy their music and make money from doing what they love. I know there is a place for critics but this guy took every sterotypical thing he has ever heard and spewed it out for people to read-He actually says to listen to the people who have been to a Creed concert-pretty much admitting that he never has been to one----What does he know????

WTF??? I don't buy that for a second. Just because he has a forum does not mean he's credible. I work in the media. There are a lot of crappy reporters, writers and reviewers out there with a *tribune* from which to speak. That assumption may have been true 30 years ago, when journalists carried a little more weight, but because of the erosion of the business over the years (have you been keeping up with the Jason Blair case?), and the line between news/entertainment blurring more every day, credibility is sinking rapidly.

Yeah, so did I, because it was so poorly written and unorganized.
