Is anybody going to by Rykodisc's rerelease of Pretty Hate Machine? Apparently TVT auctioned off the rights to the album after years of financial difficulty. Ryko wanted Trent to do all kinds of remixes, but they didn't want to pay him, so he was like, hell no, I'm not doing it for free. Anyway, I'm torn since it's been out of print in the U.S. for years and has been available only as an import, but Trent's not happy about it.

Yeah read his comments about this, doesnt seem happy. If you dont own a copy then its probably worthwhile to buy. I found mine in some dodgy shop here a long time ago.

I have an import copy, but not the U.S. version. I'm curious as to what they are going to do with it.

Listened to The Fragile all the way through today for first time in while, still amazes me after the many times ive heard it. Still my favourite album ever.
I think the first disc is stronger though then the second if thats possible heh!

I just love that album, too. Is the first side the left side, the one with Reptile? If so, that's my favorite side . I love the instrumentals on that one as well. Just Like You Imagined is so powerful. I've read where Trent has dissed the album a little as being a bit bloated. But I love every song on it, even Starf*ckers, though not as much as the others . I always listen to it all the way though as well. I skip nothing.
Oh, and there are new tour dates for the North American tour of 2006. I'm soooo excited. I can't wait to go again. I'm hoping this time they play Sunspots. I've yet to see it on a set list!

Re: Nine Inch Nails - With Teeth
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, I'm going to the Atlantic City show March 11!!!!!! That will be a kick-ass weekend. I'm going to another show the night before involving a tribute to Heart that includes a performance by the remaining members of Alice In Chains and a guest singer, whose name still has not been revealed. Both shows are in AC. I'm STOKED!!!!

Re: Nine Inch Nails - With Teeth
SAME HERE! I really hope they do that song live more, too. I only heard it on one bootleg that I have and Trent was not enthusiastic about the performance. He said something like, well, that was the first time we performed that one, and it might be the last....Gotta love Trent

Re: Nine Inch Nails - With Teeth
So, the With_Teeth tour resumed last night and guess what they played? Mr. Self-Destruct, Please and Every Day Is Exactly the Same....wicked cool...*prays they play Sunspots on March 11* And there is a rumor that they might do WITT...that would rule beyond words.

I hope so, too, Muad'Dib! You know what song I'd love to hear? Physical . That would drive me wild. I love his version of that one.

Re: Nine Inch Nails - With Teeth
I haven't seen that one too often, but yeah, it would be cool. I was so psyched to see Please! I really, really, really, want to hear Sunspots. I don't think that one has been played live yet.
