I would not go that far, I guess content for now would be a better way of saying it. I know that happiness must come someday for me, I guess I will just sit and wait and see what happens. But I am happy to be at this point of knowing "this needed to happen" My parents say they see parts of the "old Jennifer" coming back.

Have to go to the chiropractor today! My neck and back have been really bothering me these last few weeks. It's where all my stress goes. I used to eat when I was stressed but can't do that anymore, so it's found a new place to torture me!

YIKES...... be careful! Being the orthopedic neurology nurse that I am not a fan of chiopratcors...... we end of getting the victims in here for surgery after they have been messed up. They are not all bad but BE CAREFUL!!!!!

SCOTTSMYMAN hope your back get's better soon.
i was told never to go to a chiropracter cause all they do is pop and crack your bones and joints which can lead to more serious problems like arthritis and bursitis which is what happened to a friend of mine. i was told to go to a nerologist instead.

I hope you feel better Kris, it sucks when your back hurts
 Mine used to hurt from stress like that to and when I used to drink a lot of pop! I've cut down on pop a lot now though!

I so agree with Jen, Make sure you don't have a back injury like a ruptured disk or anything, or they will injure you more, they can NOT help you if you have an injury. I had back surgery done 7 years ago. My doctor is a spine specialist and before my surgery I used to ask him if that would help or physical therapy, he said no way, it will make you worse, you have an injury to your back and they can not fix it. Stupid me did physical therapy anyway ( I was so desperate because of the pain I was in I would try anything) Well, I got worse!! He had to move up my surgery because of it. So be sooooooo careful!! If you have any pain going down your leg DO NOT go to a chiropractor!!

Wow, is that right. I didn't know that. When I think of my back and neck getting cracked, oh man that sounds like heaven. I crack my fingers and my toes (yes I know I know I shouldn't do it, it's a bad habit)
But it feels so good and I would love to get everything cracked over my body, lol.

It's another absolutley beautiful day here today, just like it was yesterday, (finally, NO MORE HUMIDITY!!)
There are no clouds in the sky, we have put up our swimming pool, and I am planning to swim and sun bathe today!! ahhh

Hayley, your weather sounds so awesome!! It's dreary and rainy here today so a cloudless sky and a swim in a pool sounds great. We used to have a pool when I was growing up. I LIVED in that pool during the summer. I was like a fish.
