How?

How is it possible that life can be awesome.
But be so horrible all at the same time.
How i ask.
When my life is just getting good
but my family life well not so good.
one mistake makes us all face the facts of life.
which the facts are being happy is a gift.
but temperary.
this dark cloud that has snuck up on us,
is staying a while it seemed it was clearing up
but then he comes another storm.
with rain,lighting,and thunder.
im not sure if our ship can survive this storm.
all of us begin to panic when we should be
looking for the silver lining in this dark cloud.
but you see their not willing.
to try again to return the feelings.
of what were dealing with.
together we can but on separate ends
I fear we'll never win.
win what win the truth.
so how can i be happy and miserable.
all at the same time.
