And if you read, Google has addressed this in their blog. The result you see is "rigged." Non-Bush supports have used known "Google hacks" to manipulate the search results. I don't remember the actual page this is on, but I'm sure you can find it out on Google's blog page. They explain this very clearly there...
But what's even more hilarious is the #2 page
