I get to sleep at about 10.30-10.45pm and get up at 6.50am, so around 8 hours.

I hate getting up early, it sucks. I feel like crap, that is until I have my shower and a coffee.

I sleep in till about 10-11 on weekends, , and the same on the holidays.

My sleeping routine is pretty good.

About 7 hours I guess, exept on work nights. When I work i get up at 5am to be here by 7am. I can NEVER go to bed before 11:30 PM I have to watch the first 15 minutes of the news even if it is in bed. I have been this way since childhood!:embarass:

Ive had to resort to sleeping pills for the last year due to sleep issues ive been having, I usually average if im lucky maybe 4 to 5 hrs a night..its awful

Sleeping disorders are a bitch...Half of the time I walk around in a daze...If I take a nap during the day ive screwed myself for that nights sleep....therefore I drink,,,

I'm the same way When I go to bed I lay there for hours most of the time and I won't be able to fall asleep. If I go to bed at like midnight I'll still be awake at 3 am sometimes I've tried tylenol pm and a couple other things but they don't work for me.

I can't imagine. That really stinks. I guess I'm lucky and I have a job that suits my time clock. I'm a serious night owl, so I work nights and don't usually hit the sack until 4 or 5 a.m. most nights. It was tough when I was a kid because my parents believed in early bed times. I would lie awake for at least three hours every night. I used to read by pen light and listen to my transistor radio, LOL...But when I sleep, boy, I am out! I have slept through fire alarms and all kinds of mayhem. It's a good thing I don't have kids because I'd never hear them if they needed me :embarass:.

I find that if I have had a lot to drink, I don't sleep as long or as well. I'm not sure why that is, maybe a dehydration factor or something. I notice it especially with wine. It's usually a short sleep and then I feel draggy the next day.
