Just saw Creed sound check before the show tonight! They played Say I, Beautiful, and Faceless Man! Sounded real good!! I got video of Beautiful and Faceless Man, will post when I get home. Eating some Potbelly's sandwiches across the street waiting for the doors to reopen at 7pm!! Super excited!!!

I just got back from the show. They were unreal!! I can't believe how good Scott's voice was! Sooooo much better than when I seen him solo in like 2006.
I missed the sound check because my flight got delayed. Can't wait for tomorrow night tho! If anyone else is going and would like to grab a few drinks after the sound check let me know!

Re: 4/13/2012 - Chicago Theatre - My Own Prison set
Just watch 3 songs Here's a brief writeup of what the VIP was like:
I had VIP yesterday. Everyone lined up outside and they let you in the lobby around 4:15pm. About 4:30pm everyone was let into the actual theatre area. The band was on stage. Stapp greeted everyone and they started the sound check. They played Say I, Beautiful, and Faceless Man. Twice during the sound check Stapp said that afterwards they would greet everyone in the back (of the venue). After the 3 songs were done, they pushed us out into the lobby again. People were complaining that Stapp said the band was going to greet the fans. They told us to wait while they found out what was going on. About 10 minutes later they said no meet and greet and everyone should exit the building and return at 7pm. So that kind of sucked. For $175 it would have been nice for the band to at least come out and say hi to everyone. But the VIP ticket program did not mention anything about a meet and greet so it's all good. As I was leaving the sound check I heard one of the crew members say that when Stapp said he would meet with fans after, he was referring to those fans who won some radio contest, not all of the VIP people.

Glad to hear Stapp's voice is still at the 2010 level. I guess they fixed whatever was wrong with him after the 09 your.
Steve, How many people were there for the VIP if you had to guess?
