WOW! You guys are all doing so so so so great! I am so proud of you all! I fell off the wagon not feeling well but just being in here catching up I am already motivated!! I have done very well with my water drinking and I have made some menus and have been cooking healthy. I have a hard time at night when the kids go to bed. Esp when my hubbie is out of town - which seems like always. But tomorrow - I am going to exercise. You guys are the coolest!

I really need to get back to my walking soon but its been friggen raining every darn day this week so far and all weekend

Plus I have been really stressed out and sad lately and that isn't really motivating at all

Julbright glad to hear you are feeling better! I fell of the wagon this week because of my hubby. I'll get back on it in a couple of days. Gotta let the stress go away!

I'm glad you're feeling better and I'm also happy to see you back. I've missed you. Don't worry about getting off track since you've been sick. I do the same thing. If I'm sick, I eat whatever I feel like eating and usually it's not very healthy. I generally don't have an appetite for healthier foods when I'm sick. I want what is going to make me feel good, even if it's only temporary, LOL!!

Kris, I understand what you're saying about letting some of the stress go away before getting back on track. I know some people that tell me that exercising helps them when they're stressed and sometimes I find that to be true and sometimes I don't. So I think it's great that you're listening to what your body is telling you.

I'm a firm believe in doing that.

Julie, I'm so sorry to hear you're still feeling sad. If you want, you can pm me, okay?

Kris,
There is just a combination of things going on right now

The major one is that I have been without a job for 6 months now and I can't find one that is close enough for me to get to

Plus I'm really starting to hate living in Missouri cuz it is way to far away from family. We are talking about selling the house and moving back home, wich will be cool but there won't be anywhere for me to work there either cuz my parents live in the boonies

I'll be stuck in the house all the time and I hate that

Plus its gonna be weird going from having my own place for several years to living back with my parents. It will be nice not to have bills though, but everytime I lived at home I end up being the personal maid cuz their house is so messy and I'm a neat freak

Plus its that time of the month! Grr!
