I´ve never been in Northeast´s or South´s beaches so I can´t say, but at the beaches on Sao Paulo state´s coast, the water is hotter... feels better!

I totally agree because I have to cross St. Louis to get to my grandma's house it is horrible there and plus you got east st. louis across the river which makes it a hell of a lot worse. It makes where I live, Kansas City, not look that bad..
