MetallicA downloads

All nine shows from the Metallica's recent European "Escape From The Studio '06" tour are now available for download via the LiveMetallica.com web site.

"Check out Berlin with the first-ever performance of 'The New Song' or maybe Donington, which includes a performance of 'Nothing Else Matters' with Jerry Cantrell [Alice In Chains] on vocals," a posting on the band's official page reads.

"All nine shows have the complete 'Master of Puppets' album played live and of course each show has its own unique vibe and local flavor."

Re: MetallicA downloads

I downloaded the one wiht Cantrell. Sounds pretty good, too. They have it in .flac and mp3, which is cool.

I got the flac, and yes, it is worth every penny. I think it was like 10 bucks.?

I think mine was 12.95 because I downloaded the .flac one. The mp3 one was 10, I think. It was worth it, though. The quality is decent. There were a couple of minor spots where the bass was a little distorted, but it didn't ruin the song or anything.
