What commercials do Creed songs appear on? I don't watch much TV, so I wasn't aware they had sold any of their tunes for commercials. Good God, the Pearl Jam ripping is sooooo old. And they did apologize, and it was Brian Marshall who ripped them publicly, not the whole band. Are you sure you really liked Creed? Creedfan, I truly feel bad that this was your first Creed concert. I saw them three times on this tour and they were nothing short of amazing. Best live show I've seen in a loooong time. I really hope you get to experience them at their best someday, because boy, they really do rock the house.

To be honest, I was still impressed in many ways musically. As i've said on many posts, Tremonti was a guitar on stage last night. Being a guitarist for 15 years myself, i was hypnotized by his playing. I'll get the chance again someday to see them again at their best.

Tremonti is the main reason I love Creed. I've always been partial to axemen, and you're right, when he gets to let loose, he is mesmerizing.

The one thing that I keep replaying in my head, its not him throwing the mics or laying down or sitting, or looking completely out of it, it was something he said towards the end of the show. People were booing him off and on and after a song he looked up at the crowd with the saddest look ive ever seen on a grown mans face and he said "come on guys please dont boo me"....when i heard that....my heart dropped

Wow, I think I would have cried at that point. That is so sad. He's obviously in a bad place.

I hope Stapp recovers as well, regardless of how much I like or dislike the band at this point.
I really think he should take some time off. Their opener last night deserves to get more tour dates with them, so that would be a disappointment for that up-and-coming band. |

Re: True fans
sure, we all have the right to voice our opinions and frustrations,,,several people here were part of earlier cancellations, but have stood by the band. What do you really expect when you just HOP ON NEW TO A BOARD with some long-time loyal Creed fans....we are a passionately, positive group! "Believe what you will, that is your right....I choose to win, to fight - STANDING STRONG with CREED!!

Re: Re: True fans
Exactly right souldancer, if I may add that since midnight on 12/30 16* new members have joined Creedfeed, and most (not all)have posted about how Creed sucked, how they wasted their money, how they're never going to waste their $59 again, how they'll never buy another Creed CD again, blah blah blah. Souldancer is right, there are many people here who dealt with the disappointment of cancelled shows, shows with technical difficulties, shows where the band and Scott weren't up to speed, but we are loyal Creed fans. I am not saying that these 16 new posters aren't loyal fans, I'm just saying that I hope they aren't coming out of the woodwork to wallow in the negativity when all this past year when there was so much POSITIVE to be shared, we never heard from any of them.
*Edited on 12/31 @ 6:00 a.m. Now there are 19 new members!
