IMO, Young Grow Old is pretty self-explanatory. I've never even heard Bound & Tied, though...strange.....

to whom it may concern - i remember reading somewhere that this was about stapp wanting the fans to give him a break, give hims some distance, and not be so pushy.

I always thought of To Whom It May Concern as a love song of sorts, where Stapp or some character that he's portraying is going through a difficult time with a woman that he loves. But the other interpretation also makes sense.
Does anyone here know why that song has that horribly grating sound at the end of it? |

I HATE that sound at the end of TWIMC...but I love the song.
