You should download Irfan View, that's what I have. Or a simple Paintshop, I used to never be able to make my avies so I had to get Dan or Matt to make them for me, that was a pain in the ass, until I downloaded a programme. It's much more easier and fun.

i saved it as JPEG, i sent it again, maybe when you open it, save it as JPG.
