What makes a "Brazilian" BBQ different than any other?

I dunno since itīs the only one I tasted til today!!! But I know itīs different... we donīt use sauce, for example.

When thereīs the Formula One Grand Prix here in Sao Paulo, the thursdayīs dinner is always in a BBQ house thatīs very neat. The staff, the crew and the drivers get crazy about it.

Maybe this year Iīll ask one of them why and then I post here.

But you gotta try it... You HAVE to taste "picanha"!!! yummy! delicious!

Love Italian food. Pasta is a must in my house. Besides if my family had their way they would eat pizza every night

I voted for Italian, but I think I'd have to say I love Italian and Mexican about the same. Chinese ranks up there pretty high as well. I'm making Lasagne tomorrow night for dinner.

Gee this is hard for me seeing I love ethnic foods! I voted for Mexican but italian is right up there with it! I find that I cook a lot of Mexican foods, I love the spice! And I also really love Japenese foods and Korean, this is as hard as picking a favorite Creed song!
