Prayers Needed For The Phillip's - Page 2

My prayers and thoughts go out to the Phillips' family,and the
little one. April is over 36 wks, so that assures the baby's lungs
are mature, so she should be just fine. I'm and OB/GYN RN, and
we see this all the time,and majority of the time, things turn out
great.

Just poppin' in to say I just checked my voice mail and there is no messages so far re: how things are going. I am going to assume "no news is good news" for now, and will let you all know as soon as I know something. Please be patient, and thank you all for thinking and praying for them.

Thanks for the news Skipper. Do you have personal connections to the band or something? That'd be SWEET to have that. Her initials are almost like mine. She is CJP and I'm JCRP (Switch the C and J and add an R!)

I have been in meetings all day, so I hadn't had a chance to really get in contact with anyone. Just checked my voice mail, and there was a message saying no baby today.

Alittle sketchy on the details, but April's blood pressure was "under control for now", and "possibly a c-section date of July 9th."

Thank you so much for your prayers, I know they were heard!

I can't tell you how relieved I am after hearing that message. April is a wonderful and sweet woman. And I know how extremely excited they are for their new arrival. Don't want anything to spoil it.

Yes, that news was a welcome relief. I'm sure the stress level isn't good for her or any of them right now. Plus, it's their first, which is nervewracking to begin with. I will definitely keep praying that everything turns out all right!
