you guys are so sweet. first of all, i want to appologize for my exteneded hiatus without explanation. not to make excuses, but the truth is i have been so busy and haven't had much time to visit. my job changed recently and while it was a promotion of sorts, i have been crazy busy trying to adjust and learn it. i also started a daily exercise routine (yay me!) which cuts into my evenings. i definitely haven't forgotten about you guys though and often think about how you all are doing and about all the fun things you must be discussing on CF. i can't wait until things settle down and i have a bit more free time.

in the meantime, i am alive and well and feel free to pm me anytime if you all need to reach me for anything.

hopefully i'll be able to get back into my regular posting regimine soon.

marcos, my sis told me that you sent her a message asking about me. thanks so much asking about me.
