...I'll have a beer or two when I get home. The only time the night is good is if I'm at a concert or something, otherwise, you're right, it's overrated.

I think everybody says that New Years is overrated when they have nothing to do. In the next couple of years I want to go out partying!!!

Tends to be overrated. Really just another reason to go out and party. Not that ones needed, but yeah. My night was ok, lost some $$ at casino but overall was alright.

Hmmmm, cant remember the exact amount, somewhere around 120. But I had a quite a few drinks so it was a good night. Doesnt really bother me how much I lose, I think the most I've lost is around 290. That was one unlucky night

Happy New Year everyone! I spent the evening with the girls on the couch watching the tube. Amanda fell asleep but not before telling me to 'wake her when the big ball drops'. Don called us just before midnight our time (it was almost 8:00 in Kuwait) and we all brought in the new year together. Hope everyone has a great night.

Yeah I'ld agree not having much to do adds to the overated feeling although it really is just another reason to party. Be honest how many New Year Resolutions have you kept in your life? I would be pulling my hair out if I lost $120 in a single night although I am stingey prick lol. Teri its great that you got to have the family together in a way.
