You sure? I thought it was only somewhere around 6 mil (according to Billboard, it's 6x Platinum, meaning it's sold over 6 million copies in the US; as HC is, I believe, 12x Platinum according to Billboard, I would have to guess that this list is US-only?... meaning, MOP wouldn't have the 10 million or so it's probably sold overall but, instead, roughly 6 million).

I thought it was Weathered 8x and MOP 6x, but I could be wrong. The 10x for MOP might be worldwide.

and Weathered would have sold many more worldwide compared to MOP, Creed really didn't break through on a massive scale until Higher hit the airwaves!

I've seen that list before, its not a good sign of the public taste but at least some of those albums were good!

Another prblem with this list, Hootie and the blowfish went 16x platinum with cracked rear view, which would place it at the top of the list. But maybe they dont count all of the artists, who knows?

Yes, Jango, but remember, SoundScan only goes as far back as 1991 when it was introduced. It is not a list of the top ten of all time.

And Iced... when did Cracked Rear View come out? Was it before '91? I don't know.

Then why is the title of the thread "Best selling albums of all time"?
