Does anybody have a clue about how I can make stills of this? I know how to make stills but it is an unsupported type file Any suggestions?

Open another file in another media player. Play it, press pause.
Then, open the files and play them with RealPlayer. You can then take screenshots by pressing "Print Screen" or "Alt+Print Screen".
