can anyone tell me how to reduce a picture's file size under 100 so i can put one or more up here?

i like kiwis met some not so long ago at a festival they have the most amazing accents way better than aussie accents

*anna1011 has being placed on aussiecreeder's ignore list* lol just playing...... there is a funny ad being played in australia where the captain of the aussie cricket team (ricky pointing) is chatting with stephen fleming (nz captain) and pointing is giving him advice about shaving and styling (its an ad for a shaving product for men), cause we all know kiwis are hairy little apes who know nothing about style! man i'm going to cop it for saying that hehe.....anyway at the end of the ad fleming sticks a bit of paper on pointing's back with "kick me" on the back. LOL
