You go, Teri!! I've seen the side effects Prednisone can have, and they aren't pretty, although they're excellent for respiritory problems. My mom was on long-term, and if I remember correctly, long-term use can affect your memory, am I right? That would explain IF Scott flubs lyrics in their live shows, etc. And if you put yourself in his shoes, he is probably really sensitive about what the meds are doing to him, even though he's doing it so we still get to hear his beautiful voice. Add to this the fact that everyone knows his personal business and the struggles he's had lately, and he still has to go out and perform and be in the public eye for award shows, etc. - he can't hide at home until everything blows over... although that's probably exactly what he'd like to do right now!
