Thanks! Yes Monday was my birthday - proud to have another one. 38 is better than the alternative and life gets better every passing year - esp. with music from Creed to listen to!

Sad. Sad, sad, sad. Give this guy some respect, tho...he took all that damn TIME to state his not-so-humble opinion on this board. My fingers hurt just *looking* at all that damn typing.
Movin' on... What's his name? Creed_zakon? (Checks back...) Yeah, that's right. (Why would you have "Creed" in your username if you don't like Creed anymore?? Anywayz...) Creed_zakon, I appreciate the information on Pearl Jam. It was really informative, and I liked learning about where this great band got their start. But c'mon...all the Creed-bashing really wasn't that necessary. How many people can say that PJ saved their life, great band that they are? How many people can say that when they hear a PJ song, they cry? Tell me, Creed_zakon. How many people can say that when they hear a PJ song, they feel so inspired that they believe they can get up in the morning despite their circumstances? I've been through all this w/Creed, and I'm very, VERY proud to say I love this band. (In fact, I wore a t-shirt that said "I love Creed" to school the other day, but we won't get into how well that went over... ) When I read your post and how you dissed Stapp all over the place, I wanted to just curl up and die (or maybe make *you* curl up and die). I know you're hurting b/c of what Stapp said about Vedder (who's an excellent singer, btw...I can't deny that no matter what), but that's really no excuse to come up here and take your hurt out on Stapp. (But...I do admit that little play on the My Sacrifice vid was kinda funny..."We need more wind blowing Eddie's hair!!" ) All right, guys, I'll shut up. I really need to, or my post'll be just as long as his, when I finish with him. Oh, yeah. You *are* entitled to your opinion on this board, Creed_zakon. No doubt. But when you take it too far, this is what happens. Bottom line. Sid

Redeemer, I appreciate and respect your opinions, too, and I am glad Creed have meant so much to you, but I for one have listened to other bands that have inspired me and made me cry as much as Creed. Pearl Jam and Alice In Chains are two that jump to my mind. We all have different levels of affinity for our boys, and though I don't agree with Creed_zakon about what he said regarding Creed, I do agree that Pearl Jam are awesome . They and AIC have songs that make me cry and remind me that I feel, that I need to feel, that I'm human, that the human condition is a shared experience, that I'm not alone. Listening to their music makes me realize how lucky I am and that inspires me to get up every morning. We are all different and what helps us get through the day is different, too. Just my not-so-humble opinion .

Re: 3rd PIECE
Hey Cool i was included in his little rant! Actually Pearl Jam is pritty big in canada, and im not even gona TRY to buy any non-creed CDs cuz its a waist of my money, Pearl Jam is old, dead and forgotten. Just accept that and stop waisting ur valuable life by readen ever post weve made 4 teh last year and putting a gient 7000 word essay on why PEar Jam is better than creed. I read like half a page of ur thing, u could have saved ur time and effort by putting the enture 4 page post in one sentace "I liek Pear Jam, u ppl are wrong, im always right even though i make up more than half of my crap, Pear Jam is better than creed." There you coulda just said that and it would have broughten out the EXACT same point and u wouldnt have to waist ur life in doing so.

Uh
Ummm...
The Beatles started this whole rock n roll thing? That's like saying Elvis is the king of rock n roll! If you really want to learn about rock n roll's roots, listen to the blues. I'll even give you some good ones to start out with. If you ask. You see, I'm not going to shove it down your throat. MY 2 Cents! (Dang, no cent sign, ugh TeriB take me away!)

Redeemer,
Your comments are a bit narrow-minded. MANY people have felt the same way about Pearl Jam that you feel about Creed for a MUCH longer time and in greater numbers.

True! Twas Dogstar!
Hey Aimee, that was absolutely perfect. I'll take ya to Orlando, how's that sound?? Ask and you shall receive, shove unsolicited opinions down our thoats and Creed_zakin becomes bothersome.
