Actually, the law applies to you because this board is hosted in the USA (as far as I know).

Actually because RockDEV's servers are PHYSICALLY located in the United States, New Jersey to be exact and Steve and I both reside in the states, Wisconsin and Texas.... actually if I can get the suits brought here in Texas, hehe.
