I have just gone back to counselling and I was heaps scared. Know where youre coming from.

Going to a counsellor is the best bet when having to deal with stuff cos 1) if u keep bottling it up u WILL burst and it will probably be at the WRONG time! 2) they help u deal with it in a sensible amount so dealing with stuff is more healthy pain than bad pain sorta thing.

Can I also say I am really proud of you for taking the step to do this. That is amazing in itself!:thumbsup
