I hear ya, I never ever feel hungry first thing in the morning either, and I find it quite hard to force something into my stomach because I'm just not hungry. But I have to eat, I have a peice of toast and tea, my mum makes me eat first thing in the morning, lol, so I have no choice, but I'm getting used to it now more.

Yeah, I figure I should try. I've been like that since I was a kid. My mom was always force-feeding me huge breakfasts, and I'd always feel icky afterwards. I can't ever really remember being hungry at breakfast.

Yeah, I have never been hungry as soon as I first woke up. It's not nice being forced with food, but hey, I guess you have to have something in ya tummy to keep you going through the morning!

That sucks Julie, but hopefully you will have enough money for after Christmas so you can get it!

I am finding it abit hard at the moment to stay away from junk food (lollies and chocolate in paticular) as it is getting towards Christmas, because we have treats now and I can't resist the temptation!

Trying to loose weight just before Christmas isn't such a good idea, but never mind.

Please pray for Aprile and her family! Aprile is the one that started this thread, but her Mom isn't doing very good

She has gang green throughout her body and Aprile would really appreciate your prayers right now

I'm noticing that I've been losing weight

My jeans are getting baggier on me, just been having more veggies and less junk food

Prayers going out to Aprile! I haven't been over at Creed Vision lately so, I'll go over their and saya prayer for her there too!.

Trying to lose weight before the holidays is usually a lost cause. Enjoy yourself over the holidays and pick it right back up when they are done.

Hey, Julie that's great about you. It probably has alot to do with the fact that you are working too! You're on your feet and moving alot. I remember my first job I lost 55lbs. in the first few months because I was moving around more!

Well, ladies I've now myself have lost 102lbs. I feel great and can't believe what sizes I'm wearing. I'm smaller now than I was in High School! Steve bought a bunch of new sweaters for Christmas and I need to get some new jeans. I only have two pair that fit right!

The holidays are a tough time to lose weight so I'm going to start fresh after next week. I want to get myself back on track so I can get in better shape for our trip in the spring.

Sheila and Hayley, I hear you about all the goodies at this time of year. Right now, I'm just trying to stay where I am and not put any back on. I have been indulging a bit, but I'm trying not to go overboard. Kris is right, just enjoy the holidays and get back on track afterward.
