IMO, the worst actor/actress of all time is that chick that plays Buffy, she couldn't act her way out of a paper bag!!

What's enigmatic avout Vin?
He's a shitty actor, like it or not. XXX was the poof that he's horrible. He was sorta alright in Saving Private Ryan, but his role was too short really. He cant act. Sorry.

well considering Vin Diesel (what the hell kind of name is that, is it supposed to sound cool) can only deliver one line of dialouge at a time (it probably requires 50 takes), I'd say he's worse than Sarah Michelle Gellar.
