Rapture “Rap”

It’s not pretentious
Just a fact
If you drive a car
With a fish on back
Your ticket’s paid
Locked up tight
It makes you “special”
In God’s sight

In case of rapture
This car’s unattended
Just fair warning
That I’ve ascended

I could stop dead
In my tracks
Won’t be time
Left to react
Once the process
Has begun
We’ll all leave
In unison

Warmed the pew
Paid my due
So just between
