Creed is not a flash in the pan compared to Metallica..give me a break...Yeah death magnetic was a fairly successful release but it is probably thier one shining moment in the past ten years...Creeds music is just as awesome but different and Im sorry there isnt a guitarist that Tremonti cant compete with and that includes metallica...Metallica like Creed survives on the merits of their past accomplishments...Death Magnetic was my least favorite Metallica Cd...

I'm just saying bands change over time. So what if they don't sound exactly the same as when they first started. If you don't like them then move on. It's just annoying to see people complaining about the new music (that we've barely heard) and Scott's voice wishing for everything to be however they've conjured it up in their heads.

Creed has evolved just as other bands have. If you don't like it, move on.

"Sucks ass" might have been a little strong, but st.anger was absolute garbage and his voice in death magnetic is week. DM is still ok, but its nothing compared to their classics. In overall popularity, Creed is probably a flash in the pan. I like Creed more than Metallica but I'm not deaf enough to rate higher as a band. As far as 2000 and on Creed takes the cake easily.

I can understand that. Reload and St. Anger were their worst albums. I love Death Magnetic though.
