Firewalls
Do you use Firewalls???
Which one is the best ? Zone Alarm??? I realized since I have cable that I gotta have it, but people say it makes the puter/connection slower ...

I use Sygate Pro, but I've noticed that it tends to make Internet Explorer garble a lot of images for some reason. I don't see any decrease in connection speed, though.

How do you know/tell that you have/got a firewall??

I have Mcafee. I don't care for firewalls though. On my comp, for the longest time, I couldn't access very many websites, or sign up for mailing lists.
