WHAAAAAAAAAAA!?! i just heard this on a commercial for our local news here in Chicago, and im assuming its got something to do with the concert on the 29th. i dont really know what its about yet, i just saw the commercial. the news is going to be on at 9 PM tonight, so they will talk about it there, its FOX news at nine if you want to know...

All they are asking is that they get their money back. They payed their hard earned cash for a show that was not good, so they want a refund. Sounds fair to me.

It was on LA news here in California this morning, I didn't see it but my daughter told me about it. Hey, I found out my daughter is in love with Scott Stapp ROFLMAO I knew she loved Creed but this news is a crack up to me!!!

maybe I should sue my soccer team coz they lost a game a month ago... After all, I bought the tickets to see them winning... and one of the best player left the game on the first half, injured...

See, you should sue him because he got himself injured. And you should sue the guy who injured your favorite player. And you should sue his mother for giving birth to him so that 20 years later he'd hurt your favorite player. Will it ever end???

It's a completly different story. When you buy ticket to a sports event losing and injury are common possibilities.

When you buy ticket to a rock concert you expect to see lead singer sober and on stage. That's his job -- he gets paid a lot to sing these songs, if he fails to, he shouls give money people paid him to see the show back.

If he was not able to perform he shoudl had resceduled the show. Simple as that.
Better good show later, than half assed now.
