Ok, I think I've got the details on the suit now; apologies if this was posted before!
This is from Ultimate-Guitar.com, a source that I believe is reputable. |

PRETTY FUCKING SAD. HE DID THE BEST HE COULD AT THE TIME. PEOPLE ARE RIDICULOUS, WOULD THEY HAVE PREFERRED THAT THEY CANCELLED?
-D (David Draiman from the Disturbed Message Board) I'm posting there now.

Band did a bad job on that concert. Do they deserve to keep the money they made for that show? NO. Cuz they did not earn it. So refund is only fair.

I dont know what those guys are talking about, I only noticed him mess up once on My Sacrifice, he sang perfectly. His voice was fine, he just didnt "perform" as in he wasnt really putting all the soul he usually does into his singing.

their were bad parts, like when he ran off the stage ONCE, not numerous times. The second time he supposedly "ran off the stage" was supposed to be the end of the show, but people kept cheering so they played an encore. He sang the songs fine, except for once where he messed up 'My Sacrifice" and he was just sitting most of the show.

Who's situation? the "fans" sueing Creed for their performance? They completely exxagerated everything that happened. It's a stupid case, I'd like to talk to those plaintiffs and ask them what ****ing concert they were watching.
