Yeah, it sounds like a cool shop.

It is great, but some of the stuff is kind of budget, like they break, but most of it is good quality.

Thanks, Julbright and Hayley. I really appreciate the info and the advice. Although I've tried WW before, I'm not the same person I once was and when it comes to losing weight, I think you have to be ready and in the right frame of mind. I've gone through alot of personal change since I tried it the last time and I feel more confident about my ability to make the necessary changes. I'm going to check it out in the next couple of days.

YES, healthy is better! Starving yourself can do such damage to your body, not to mention kill you. There's nothing wrong with wanting to be more healthy, that's for sure. Losing slowly is MUCH better for your body.

Defenitly, I would never even think twice about starving myself, I believe that that is NOT the way to go, I would never ever do that, slowly, and sensibly is right!
