Really? lol. If you have popcorn, fizzy, a warm blanket, a cosy couch, the works, it turns out to be quite the day!

Here is what I have done during my day so far:

I woke up fairly early at about 9.30am
I made a coffee and had a shower
I straightened my hair
I then went up town and got me some corner shelves, so my speakers can go on them And some other bits and peices
I came home, and here I am

Plans for this afternoon: Swim, swim, swim, fall asleep in the sun, swim

Yesterday consisted of waking up and going to work until about 6:30 pm and then i hired a couple of movies "farenheit 9/11" (which i had not seen yet) and euro trip which i also had not seen but is a road trip like movie and i think might be a sequel of sorts.

I've had quite a busy 2 days. Yesterday I took my Mom up to Philly to Jefferson Hospital where they put her on a 24 hour EEG monitor to monitor brain activity. She's been having these 'episodes' now diagnosed as Complex Partial Seizures, and she had to wear these wires and leads (26 of them) on her head for 24 hours. Today we went BACK up to Philly to have the monitor and wires removed. Came back home, dropped Amanda off at school, had lunch with Mom (now wire free!), took Mom home, came home, checked my mail, picked Amanda UP from school. Jennifer had Brownies tonight and Amanda went with a neighbor to see James and the Giant Peach which was being shown at our school for a donation to the Tsunami Relief Fund. While the kids were otherwise occupied, myself and 8 of the other Brownie Mom's went to a local restaurant and had a drink. It was so nice to be among 8 other adult women and have conversations that did not include the words "dude", "Hillary Duff" or "she hit me". After Brownies, I had to attend the viewing for a 21 year old fireman from our town. He ended his life, and it was probably one of the saddest things I've seen in a long time. His ex-girlfriend was there with their son, and his parents (who are friends of our family) were so strong and really bearing up well. Overall, I'd say the past 48 hours seemed like 480 hours. I'm ready for a vacation.

I first spend 2 and a half hours at the gym (which I haven't gotten to do for a long time). Yesterday and today I've been trying to fix my computer. I got some nasty Malware, Spyware, Trojans, Viruses, etc that were messing up my Internet Explorer. I fixed most of that but now have one more problem that's making me mad. I posted something about it at Computing.net. Let someone smart figure out what's wrong.
