One thing in the world to change!
What would be the one thing in the world if you could change it you would. I am not asking for a list, I know we all including myself would have a list so long. But I am talking about that one thing that you would change if all you had to do was ask! Seriously!
Mine: Well I think I would want cancer cured. After the past 2 years that I have gone through with family and seeing how people suffer everyday at the hospital I just wish a cure would come. Cancer tears a person apart, emotionally, physically, mentally and a lot of the times financially. It is a horrible disease and kills all ages from children to the elderly

I would like a world where peace reigns, where people treat each other respectfully and look out for one another. I would like a world where there's no more fighting and hate. (See my siggy below from "Higher" - Scott's lyrics in Higher and also "One" sum it up for me. Listen to those songs and you'll know exactly how I feel.) Love, peace and unity..... a dream I would love to see come true!

If I could change anything in the world it would have to be racism I know first hand of the pain that someone goes through everyday from not being axcepted just because of the color of your skin. I went to highschool in a very small community and was the only black girl in the school and I was treated really bad there because of it God made us different colors and different races for a reason and no matter what color we are we are all human and all people. We deserve to be treated equally!

Where there was no war, and everyone was treated equally with the same amount of rights.

Yeah im going to have to agree. I was one of the only black people at my school, and i did come across some racism. i really wish racism would become non-exsistence, however, as long as there are different races, there will be racism, and that is unfortunate.

I don't remember what it was that I was going to say. It was something about alzheimers, though. Alzheimers really sucks. I've known a lot of people who have suffered with it.
I'd also add more love. Let everyone be at peace with everyone else and not let us errogant Americans think we know whats best for the world and how it should be run. We just all need to get along. H-D

i've came across racism differently compared to other people. kinda of hard to explain and imagine, but when you get it, it is even stupider than normal form of racism. i have faced alot of prejudice not frpom the white man, as everyone else loves to say, but from my peers of the same race. im hispanic and i was born in Mexico. my family has alot of businesses all around the world, and the most successful one was here in houston. since we would spend alot of time coming here, we finally decided to move here. apperently because i did not swim here, i am not in a gang, i do not drink nor do i smoke, i do not have a criminal record, i have money, i am successful, i slisten to rock music, and i am smart i am not considered hispanic. all through school i was refered to as a coconut (brown on the outside, white in the inside) it never really bothered me when they called me that, i would always reply by saying "I am not a coconut, coconuts the are brown fuzzy balls taht hang from your chin every night" even now i am sometimes called a "sell-out" it doesnt hurt to hear it but it does give me a sense of rejection from my own people. it was never someone who actually did something resourcefull, it was the scum of the earth that i could easily crush like a bug. i guess that is what i relied on, that i could easily buy and sell these people at will. one time i hit a few of them with my car cause they messed with my girl. i guess the funny part is that it works backwards for me, the white man has actually been more accepting than anyone else...... .....in any case

I was going to say the same thing, Kim V. Because you stated your thoughts so beautifully , I'll just say, Ditto! Those two songs are very special to me too.

I would wish for peace in the world. I wish as humans we could evolve from solving our problems with violence.
