Why do we love Creed?

Sorry if there was a thread like this before, but I haven't seen it. I was really, really wondering, what are your reasons for loving/liking Creed? And what do you like the most?

I love how their music relates to every part of my life. I love how it keeps us guessing and makes us anticipate everything they have to offer, whether it be a new album, a DVD, etc. Their concerts are the best experience of a lifetime, you have so much fun that you are on a Creed High for a week after you leave the show. They are down to earth, honest and friendly in their songwriting and I admire that. I am hooked for life because they are the best band out there, in every way. Not to mention, I could stare at them all day, and never get bored.

Very well put, Carrie.

I love them because their lyrics and music have touched my life in a very personal way like no other singer or band has. I've only seen them in concert once but it was one of the best nights of my life. I love how they truly care about their fans and give their all during their performances. I think all of them are very talented and each have their own gifts to offer and bring to the band as a whole. Although I've never met them, they seem to be genuine, caring guys. And I've got to agree with you Carrie, I could look at them all day and not get tired either!

i agree with all of you.

read my signature, that is one the ways i thhink that creed is the best band.

their song higher, WTLF, MOP, and a whole bunch of others have really saved my life. Whenever i well down, i listen to their songs and they give me the energy to keep going.

another thing - what rock band writes a lullaby and puts it on their albumb?

on one but creed does that.

they really do care for others.

they are truely the best band ion the history of ever.

For me to even begin to start as to why I love Creed I would be here for an hour! I love Creed for so many reasons. I was first blown away by them way back in 1997 with MOP, I was elated with the music, THEN I really got into the lyrics!!! WOW I was floored!!! They have brought so much to my life in so many different areas. The lyrics soothe my sould and sometimes as crazy as it seems I feel they were "my feelings put to music" Creed has made me happy when I am sad, brought me from some of the most darkest times of my life. I listen to their music and it immediatley lifts my mood and spirit! The 4 concerts I went to this past year were THE MOST INCREDIBLE experiences I have ever had at a show, to be that close in the pit and see the raw emotion put into each performance is incredible, THEY ROCK MY WORLD!!!!!! The passion put into every performance I went to was remarkable. I felt such a RUSH during the concerts, that it took me days to come down! They to me are the best damn rock and roll group around, and I hope and pray the stay around for a long time to come!

Well before I started listening to Creed, I never really felt any kind of connection with the music I listened to. Their songs have helped me get through the past 2 years of my life by providing me with hope, support, inspiration, and comfort. I basically spend all day stuck inside my house and music is my outlet, so without bands like Creed and Our Lady Peace, I would probably go crazy. I haven't seen Creed in concert yet, but I'm sure it will be an experience I'll never forget.

Creed, is just plain my favorite band for the singing, the songwriting and the guitar playing.

However, the reason I play guitar is not solely because of Mark Tremonti. Its more because of Led Zeppelin, well, Jimmy Page (their guitarist). I always thought it would be awesome just to pick up the guitar, and play Stairway to Heaven. But now its Stairway to Heaven...followed by Stand Here With Me.

Why do I love Creed? Let me count the ways...They include what a lot of others have said, but the sound hooked me first: the guitar and the voice. I fell in love with One and I was hooked after that. Their music helps me celebrate, smile, laugh and cry when I need to. Their music gets inside my head and moves me. Not every band has the ability to make people feel. Creed is one that does.

I like Tremonti's melodies.
I love Tremonti's tone (especially on HC).
The lyrics were good and had substance to it.
