Oh...sorry...forgot to mention. It's not just the 2 of the sides auctioning, (sp) there are others there aswell, the public who would like to buy the house. So they bid money, as does the people who have made their home, the people who made their home have a certian amount of money, and the public obviously do aswell, so they just keep on going. To see who wins you know.
Each house has an auction at a different time, so they aren't auctioning against each other.
